I have had the opportunity to work with Rick Fishkin on a number of occasions. From the first to this recent one, the process was as smooth as it can go. It was timely, accurate and from past experiences with other lending companies which were on the higher end of stress levels, dealing with Rick is never stressful. Working with Rick was a very pleasant experience. He was always available and attentive, and got back to me in very little time. He answered my questions appropriately and worked fast. I also worked with Tiya White, his processor, and she was also very pleasant to work with, responsive and fast. I am very happy with my overall experience. Sadly because of the covid-19 pandemic, Rick was not able to attend the closing as many of my other team members, but I was still able to close on time, so I appreciate everyone's work in making that happen!
